How NovaCyns handles your information.

Information we collect

NovaCyns collects the information you submit, including contact details, contact preference and text-message consent, business or organization information, campaign selections, artwork, design references, host-site details, and messages.

How we use it

We use submitted information to review and fulfill placements, provide design consultations, evaluate host sites, collect payment, communicate about your request, prevent fraud, and operate the NovaCyns network.

Email and text updates

Email receipts and necessary service messages may be sent about a request. If you choose text messages and give consent, NovaCyns may also send transactional updates to the mobile number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Text consent is not a condition of purchase and is not used for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Booking records and uploaded files are stored in the systems that power NovaCyns. Card, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by NovaCyns. NovaCyns stores only transaction references and reconciliation details needed to operate the order.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the site, collect payment, deliver email, or fulfill your request. We do not sell personal information.

Published artwork

Approved advertisements and community flyers are intended for public display on NovaCyns screens and may appear in website previews. Tell us before submission if particular information should not be publicly displayed.

Retention and requests

We keep records as long as reasonably needed for operations, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@novacyns.com.

Updates

This policy may be updated as NovaCyns grows. The current version is effective August 26, 2026.
