Advertisement pricing

• Landscape Business Card: starting at $0.25 per day.
• Portrait Business Card: starting at $0.25 per day.
• Square Logo or Card: starting at $0.25 per day.
• Paid Business Flyer: starting at $0.50 per day.
• Full Page Advertisement: starting at $1.00 per day.

Paid campaigns run for 7–90 days. The confirmed placement price is the daily rate multiplied by the selected number of days, less any valid discount. These are one-time placements, not subscriptions. A renewal is a new purchase at then-current availability, pricing, and terms.

Payment, review, and publication

Payment is required before a paid submission can publish. The checkout total includes the advertising amount after any valid discount plus a 5% NovaCyns Service Fee for payment processing and payout administration. The same total applies to every payment option NovaCyns makes available. Available methods may include card or Cash App through Stripe and PayPal or Venmo through PayPal, depending on account approval, device eligibility, and provider availability.

Customer-supplied artwork that passes automated file and safety checks is placed automatically for the scheduled dates. A flagged submission is held for additional review and may require correction or be declined under the Community Standards. Payment does not guarantee that prohibited or technically unsuitable content will publish. If checkout fails, expires, or is abandoned, the placement is not paid or published and the customer may create a new secure checkout from the booking-status page while inventory remains available.

Rotation and results

Advertisements rotate with other approved content during a host location's operating hours. The number of active ads, screen availability, maintenance, internet service, host hours, and schedule changes may affect frequency. NovaCyns does not guarantee an exact number of impressions, views, rotations, leads, clicks, sales, customer responses, or business results.

Ransom and protection rules

Paid advertisement types are ransom eligible. To challenge an occupied eligible spot, a new advertiser must offer at least the required increase over that spot's current daily rate. Campaigns lasting fewer than 14 days may be displaced by a qualifying higher offer. Ransom protection begins with a 14-day booking. Read the complete ransoming explanation.

A ransom challenge does not charge the challenger immediately. The current advertiser receives a private 24-hour response window and a secure defense checkout that charges nothing unless completed. If the current advertiser completes the displayed final-sale defense payment before that checkout expires, that advertiser keeps the position at the new current daily rate and the challenger is not charged. If the current advertiser declines or does not complete defense, the challenger receives a 24-hour final-sale checkout. Only completed challenger payment reassigns the position. If the challenger does not pay, the existing campaign remains. Coupons and multi-location add-ons do not apply to ransom offers. Defending a campaign does not extend its dates or convert a booking shorter than 14 days into ransom-protected status.

Customer-supplied artwork

Customer-supplied artwork is displayed as submitted. The customer is responsible for the content, spelling, dimensions, aspect ratio, crop, resolution, margins, QR codes, links, and readability of every uploaded file. NovaCyns may scale the complete file proportionally to fit the selected slot; this can create blank space and does not include redesign, proofreading, cropping, or correction. A display that accurately reflects the submitted file is not defective because of an artwork issue controlled by the customer.

Eligible business-card formats may include an optional back image. When both sides are approved, the screen may show the front and back within the card's scheduled display interval. The customer is responsible for both files.

Artwork corrections

Automated checks and any additional exception review address placement eligibility and Community Standards; they are not design approval, proofreading, or a guarantee that customer-supplied artwork will look a particular way. NovaCyns may request corrections or decline prohibited, inaccurate, expired, unsafe, unlawful, or technically unsuitable content. After a correction request, the customer may replace the file without paying again. Corrected artwork that passes automated checks may publish automatically; flagged artwork remains held for additional review.

Campaign dates, expiration, cancellation, and renewal

Submitted dates are requested dates until artwork, placement availability, and payment are complete. NovaCyns may reasonably adjust dates or provide comparable placement when operations require it. Campaigns stop displaying after the confirmed end date and are marked complete. NovaCyns may send a courtesy renewal reminder, but the customer remains responsible for renewing before expiration.

A customer may cancel from the private booking-status link. Cancellation stops or prevents future display but does not reverse a completed payment and does not create a refund. A renewal is subject to current pricing, availability, review, and payment and may use a different position if the former position is unavailable.

Optional social and directory reposting

Social or public-directory reposting is optional and requires a separate opt-in during booking. Opting in authorizes NovaCyns to repost the approved artwork and supplied public business information on NovaCyns-controlled social accounts or public directory pages. It does not guarantee that reposting will occur and is not required to buy a screen placement. A customer may withdraw permission prospectively by emailing hello@novacyns.com before reposting; withdrawal does not require removal of material already lawfully published or retained for records where removal is not reasonably available.

Free Community Flyers

Qualifying community flyers run for seven days at no charge and are not ransom eligible. Eligibility is determined under the Community Standards. Free placement is discretionary, passes through the same automated checks, may be held for additional review, may have lower priority than paid content, and is not guaranteed.

Final-sale and no-refund policy

All paid placements, design services, reservation amounts, ransom payments, and other custom digital advertising purchases are final sale and nonrefundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Customer cancellation, unused time, disclosed schedule rotation, displacement under disclosed ransoming rules, dissatisfaction caused by submitted artwork, incorrect ratios, spelling errors, low resolution, QR-code failure, readability problems, or failure to achieve expected business results do not qualify for a refund.

This policy does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived. NovaCyns may correct a duplicate or incorrect charge, address an unauthorized transaction, comply with a card-network decision or legal requirement, or provide a remedy when NovaCyns cannot deliver the purchased service. When allowed, NovaCyns may first reschedule the campaign, provide comparable placement, correct the charge, or issue account credit; any refund required by applicable law remains available.

Design consultations and timing

The digital consultation is free. Standard design costs $24 for each separate logo, business card, flyer, or full-page ad and has a 2-business-day turnaround. Rush design costs $34 per item and is targeted for the next business day. Turnaround begins only after the consultation is complete, NovaCyns has all required content and files, and payment is confirmed. Timing may be adjusted for customer delays or events outside NovaCyns' reasonable control.

Printed materials

Printing is available for business cards and flyers. Business cards are double-sided on premium matte paper with square edges and a writable finish. Print quotes use Canva's current print price at the time of order plus $10 shipping. The exact print quote must be approved before an order is placed.

Terms updates

The terms accepted at checkout govern that purchase. NovaCyns may update terms for future purchases by posting a revised version. An update does not change an already-paid campaign unless the customer expressly accepts the change or applicable law requires it.
