Acceptable content
NovaCyns welcomes submissions including:
Prohibited content
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Profanity or obscene language
- Hate speech, discriminatory content, harassment, or threats
- Illegal products or services; false or misleading advertising
- Tobacco, vaping, illegal drugs, alcohol, or gambling promotion
- Weapons sales or prohibited regulated items
- Copyrighted material without permission
- Malware, phishing, or deceptive QR codes or websites
- Content promoting violence or criminal activity
Artwork requirements
Artwork must be clear, high quality, and easy to read. Advertisers must own or have permission to use every logo, photo, and graphic. Customer-supplied artwork is displayed as submitted. The customer is responsible for spelling, dimensions, aspect ratio, crop, resolution, margins, QR codes, and readability. NovaCyns may scale the complete file proportionally to fit the selected slot, which can create blank space, but does not redesign, proofread, or correct supplied artwork.
Free Community Bulletin posts
Free posts are available to nonprofits, schools, churches, community organizations, government agencies, and public events. Event entry must be free. Approved community flyers receive an initial seven-day placement. After day seven, a flyer may remain as complimentary holdover content until it is replaced or is no longer timely. Display after the initial seven days is not guaranteed and does not create a renewal charge.
Review and approval
NovaCyns may approve or decline a submission, request revisions, remove content that violates these standards, correct obvious formatting issues, and suspend repeat violators. Payment does not guarantee approval.
