Review these operating terms before applying. The application permits NovaCyns to evaluate the proposed site; it does not sign or activate the agreement. Approved locations receive a site-specific equipment list and electronic-signature link before setup begins.
- 1Display it during business hours and special events.
Keep the approved NovaCyns screen visible, powered, connected, and displaying NovaCyns during all regular public business hours and agreed special events, except for outages or agreed maintenance.
- 2Provide the screen location, power, and Wi-Fi.
Provide a visible and reasonably secure display location, suitable electricity, and reliable Wi-Fi or other approved internet access for the screen.
- 3Tell us about every screen.
Let NovaCyns know before adding, removing, moving, or changing displays so screen availability and advertising placement stay accurate.
- 4Use your screen—or ours.
Use any approved compatible screen or connected device that can open a web address. If needed, NovaCyns can supply compatible display equipment for a separate fee. Equipment ownership and replacement duties remain as stated in the agreement.

A complimentary full-page ad placement
Approved hosts are eligible for one complimentary full-page digital ad placement for their business or organization. Design is not included. Hosts may provide finished artwork or purchase design help separately.
Share in screen revenue
NovaCyns designates approved nonprofit hosts for a 15% share of Net Host Revenue attributable to their screen and approved for-profit hosts for a 10% share. The signed site terms state whether sharing begins on a specific date or after a stated revenue threshold. Eligible campaigns are calculated after their terms end and paid in the following calendar month.

From application to active screen.
Each location follows the same approval and setup sequence.
- 1Review and apply
Read the Host Agreement, submit the location and contact information, provide the business EIN privately, and acknowledge the evaluation process.
- 2Show the proposed location
Upload a clear photo of the wall or stand and describe the screen, equipment, power, internet, and operating hours.
- 3Site approval and owner terms
NovaCyns evaluates the location, designates nonprofit or for-profit status, and sets the date or revenue threshold when revenue sharing begins.
- 4Electronic signature
An approved host receives the final equipment list, revenue terms, any other site-specific terms, and a secure link to sign the Host Agreement.
- 5Screen and host ad setup
After signature, NovaCyns prepares the background and screen. The host uploads finished artwork for its reserved complimentary full-page ad or requests paid design help.
- 6Test and activate
NovaCyns completes installation, verifies the live screen, confirms activation, and sends secure payout onboarding before revenue-share payments are released.
